The general registration email will go out on December 26, but I thought I'd include it here as well so you have a bit more time to take advantage of the early bird pricing. All classes are still on-line for our coldest and darkest months (and potentially wave #5 - who would've thunk?!)

Core Restore - ON-LINE - 8 weeks / 8 classes

Dates: Tuesdays, January 11 to March 1.

Times: 6:00 - 7:15 pm, 75 minutes.

Cost: 183$ + GST / 168$ + GST if registered before January 2

Pain Care Yoga- ON-LINE - 8 weeks / 13 classes

Dates: Mondays and Thursdays, January 10 to March 3.

No classes on Jan 20; Feb 17 and 21.

Times: 6:00 to 7:15 pm, 75 minutes.

Cost: 192$ + GST / 177$ + GST if registered before January 2.

A note on pricing: you have probably noticed that Pain Care classes pricing is way lower then the Core Restore. It is most definitely well below the industry standard (if there are any standards left at this point) and any type of profit margin. Reasons behind my madness are these:

~ Living with pain is expensive (at least from my experience!);

~ I believe that gentle movement and Pain Care yoga will help anyone willing to try it and stick with it;

~ I want to eliminate as many barriers as I can for folk that already have a lot on their plate to help them get moving.
