Here is the class recording from Monday - turns out I sent it to the wrong class list ( can you tell my head is someplace else?):

 

 

I kept a bit of before - the - class conversation in this recording just because there was some relevant information about the way these classes usually go. In the future I'll cut the recordings straight to the actual practice.
