Below is some important information about the class:
LOCATION:
Knee - Hub is held at The Pilates Barre GP:
10132 100 Ave #101.
Parking is available at the front and the back of the building.
Studio doors will be open 10 minutes before the start of the class.
WHAT TO WEAR:
Please wear comfy clothes as per usual.
We are going to need to see and feel the knees - so shorts or capris are preferable.
WHAT TO BRING:
Please bring your yoga mat, yoga therapy balls, a core ball, yoga brick, strap, and a bath towel. No worries if you don't have all the supplies - there are some extras available for borrowing.
