Knee-Hub class was held this past Saturday.
Throughout the weeks leading to the class, and of course during the class on Saturday two things have become painfully (no pun intended!) obvious:
- First - there were way more folk wanting / needing to attend the class than the lucky few that were able to make it on that dreary Saturday.
- And second - I had way more material than I could possibly fit into 2 hours!
A real quick fix would be to hold another class, but as it is with the most of quick fixes, it doesn't really solve all of the issues we've encountered. So I thought a creative two - prong solution would be a better idea.
The scoop:
- I have enough material for two more classes - so the Knee-Hub will become a 3-part class series. I'm tentatively scheduling the second instalment for mid-August - and I'll keep you posted once the plans for it have solidified.
- I also think that a pre-recorded Knee-Hub virtual class that covers and also delves deeper into all the material we've covered on Saturday - for all those folk who couldn't make it to a live class - is a really good idea.
Here is what I have in mind:
The virtual class will be series of specially recorded 20 - minute videos that touch on pain science, anatomy, and all the important moves for pre-habbing or rehabbing the knees. It will also include bullet-style lists of roll-outs, stretches, and other moves, as well as the movement progression - something that you can print out and stick on your fridge as a reminder.
Even better is that you wouldn't have to go through all the material on your own. As an option, I am going to bundle the virtual class with a private appointment, so you can get some help, personal attention, and even your very own progression plan whenever you choose to.
Knee-Hub - The Virtual Edition will only be available for purchase June 1-15.
Video downloads will be available starting July 8.
