Here are class and workshop registrations for the coming fall.
I've set up class and workshop schedules for the entire fall to make things easy for everyone - you, me, and my super-star assistant Sarah. This way you know exactly what and when things are happening, and Sarah and I don't have to start from scratch half-way through the fall.
Yoga classes will run in two sessions:
Session 1 - September 12 - October 27
Session 2 - October 31 - December 8
and you can register for one or both sessions (and save a bit more $$).
Same deal with the Knee-Hub workshops: there are two Knee-Hub workshops - Upstream (of the knee) and Downstream (of the knee) on the schedule, and you can register for just one or both right away.
And finally: many, if not most of us have a bum knee, a collapsed arch (or two), maybe a pair of eroded hips, tight hamstrings, a leaky pelvic floor, or even just a painful bunion that we blame either on injury, genetics, or our age. Something we believe is beyond our control; something we just have to learn to live with. But do we really?
