WHAT TO DO IF YOU ARE
SICK:
Rest. Rest. And rest.
Don't fret if you can't make it to the class tomorrow.
Class will be recorded on video, and I will send the recording out early next week. I will also teach the same class online next year - your registration will be transferred to next year's class automatically if you weren't able to make it this time.
LOCATION:
Knee - Hub is held at The Pilates Barre GP:
10132 100 Ave #101.
Parking is available at the front and also back of the building.
Studio doors will be open 15 minutes before the start of the class.
WHAT TO
WEAR:
Please wear comfy clothes as per usual. Layers work best.
WHAT TO BRING:
Please bring your yoga mat, yoga therapy balls, and a bath towel or blanket.
No worries if you don't
have all the supplies - there are extras available for borrowing.
