As I have mentioned on Saturday it is mostly recorded for the audio. A proper video recording requires different equipment and a support crew :)
The good news is that this (and other) workshops will be repeated (and updated!) so you'll have a chance to catch up on everything you have missed.
If you didn't make it to the workshop your registration is automatically transferred to one of the Winter 2023 Rehab workshop. Have a look at this morning's winter session email and let me know which one you'd like to attend.
Also, I'm here if you have any post-class questions.
On the other note - someone has left their black leather gloves at the studio. Let me know if they are yours so we can arrange day and time for glove exchange.
