Class Agenda:
This class is anatomy and exercise-science-informed rehab designed to give you practical, easy-to-apply tools to find rapid relief from neck and shoulder discomfort.
We will use a combination of breathing practices,
self-massage techniques, tissue hydration strategies and nerve sliders to help us find a range of better feels in the upper body.
Depending on how we are for time, we might also discuss the link between our breathing patterns, the state of our nervous system, and the discomfort we experience.
