This week's
homework (should you choose to accept it!)
- Practice the class sequence on your own. You can do that in one go when you have enough time, or pose by pose when you have just a few minutes to spare. The goal is not to do the practice or the pose. The goal is to FEEL what the poses are showing you: what is hard? what is easy? is there any movement you are avoiding or fearing?
- Try breathing
in front of a full length mirror. What is moving when you breathe? What is not? Try this both sitting and standing.
- Practice Cadence Breathing for 1 minute twice a day: inhale on the count of 4, and exhale on the count of 4.
