The Early Bird Fall 2023 Yoga Registrations + Freebie Breath Class

It seems summer has only just begun, but by the time this early bird sale (and the lovely bonus that comes with it) is finished on August 16, we'll only be three weeks away from the start of the fall yoga season.

What craziness!

Fall 2023 Yoga registration for all regular classes is now open.

As usual, this fall's yoga classes will run in two sessions:

Session 1: the week of September 11 to the week of October 16
Session 2: the week of October 23 to the week of December 4

Early Bird Prices are in effect until August 16, and ... everyone who registers for a class bundle (Session 1 + Session 2) will receive Rapid Relief Masterclass - Breath Rehab - Online (a value of 78$) at no additional cost.

The complete Fall 2023 class lineup - including Breath Rehab and the lunch-hour Breath Express Classes - is coming your way on September 6.

Core Restore Beginner - IN STUDIO

This class is for anyone interested in moving more + better.

My partner (and tireless proofreader!) suggested I write a better description for the Core Restore classes. Here goes.

Core Restore classes are founded on the idea that we can't strengthen what we can't feel. Many, many, many of us can't feel the deep muscles of the core for one reason or the other (injuries, chronic pain, gastrointestinal conditions, hormonal changes... the list goes on and on).

So the long and short of it is that Core Restore classes - especially the Beginner Core Restore - are designed to help you find the FEEL of the core muscles doing what they are supposed to do.

Once this core awareness is built, we move more and better.

And that's when we are ready for the challenge of strengthening.

Day: Wednesdays

Time: 5:15 pm - 6:30 pm

Place: The Pilates Barre - Downtown Grande Prairie

Core Restore Advanced - IN STUDIO

The challenge is ON! This class is for anyone ready for a deliberate and challenging core work-in. Prior experience in the Beginner Core Restore class is highly recommended.

Day: Tuesdays

Time: 6:00 - 7:15 pm, 75 minutes.

Place: Satori - Julia's home studio

Pain Care Yoga - ONLINE

This class is a great starting point for anyone! You can practice on the mat or your bed. Every movement is adaptable to meet your body exactly where it is, and movement progression is designed with a hurting body in mind.

Days: Mondays and Thursdays

Time: 6:00 - 7:15 pm, 75 minutes.

Place: On-Line
