Fall yoga classes start next week, and there are some fresh, new and exciting additions to Satori's ever-evolving class menu.

Lunch Breath Express - ONLINE
Regular breathing practice is a powerful way to enhance health and deal with stress, but knowing where to start or how to go about it can be tricky.
Enter Lunch Breath Express!
This multitasking class will help you meet your afternoon well-breathed and even-keeled while at the same time tackling the most common poor breathing-related aches and pains – things like sore back, tight neck and shoulders, and achy ribs.
This class is only 30 minutes, which means that while your time investment is relatively low, the returns are massive.
Get more confidence in complex and
challenging movements.
Connect core strength to shoulder girdle stability to improve range of motion, mobility and strength of the shoulders. As a side benefit here - reduce pain and tension through the upper body. Strength does that!
