BEGINNER CORE RESTORE is designed especially for you if:
- You want to move better.
- You feel scared about the future. Will you be able to go up and down the stairs? Pick up your grand kids? Work in your garden?
- You want preserve and improve your range of motion and ability to move as you age.
- You know that movement is crucial for mental and physical
health, and you want to be an active goldener.
- You currently have recurrent beck/hip pain or tightness.
- It hurts to transition from lying to sitting, and sitting to standing right now.
- Going up and down the stairs has become painful, and picking up the leg feels real hard (strengthening gluts and hip flexors can help with that!).
- You have signed up for a boot camp, got a gym membership or started a movement routine and then ended up with a nasty flareup that sent you straight back to square one.
This class is great for a beginner student who is able to get down to the mat.
