Core Restore Beginner - IN STUDIO - Wednesdays
BEGINNER CORE RESTORE is designed especially for you if:
- You have recurrent back pain or tightness.
- Your hips hurt.
- You've been told that you need to strengthen your core but you are not sure how to go about
it.
- It hurts to transition from lying to sitting, and sitting to standing.
- You feel scared about the future. Will you be able to go up and down the stairs? Pick up your grand kids? Work in your garden?
This class is great for a beginner student who is able to get down to the mat.
