I wanted to remind you that today is the first day of preregistration for the Spring Yoga Session. If you're currently enrolled in a yoga session, you can secure your spot in the upcoming session by preregistering today. This change has been
implemented due to the recent studio move and increased class attendance.
After the preregistration period, any remaining spots will be available for general registration starting Wednesday, February 21st. Please keep in mind that some classes might fill up quickly, so
preregistering is the best way to guarantee your spot.
I'd also like to let you know that the Beginner Core Restore class on Wednesdays has been upgraded to an Intermediate level due to the dedication and hard work of the current students.
Since the existing Beginner Core Restore class has been upgraded, I'm considering adding a new Beginner Core Restore class on Tuesday at 5 PM; however, I'll only do so if there's enough interest. Please let me know if you'd like to attend.
Finally, I'd like to let you know that Core Restore classes will now be called Core Restore - Core Training For Women In Pain. I hope this change will encourage more women to join and benefit from the practice.
