A lot of my writing this year has been about women's health, particularly the link between our ever-changing hormones and the health of our muscles and bones.
This narrow focus was ideal for developing a deeper understanding of these incredibly complex issues.
However, as Earth Day approaches, it feels fitting to broaden the perspective and examine our health issues in a larger context.
