Happy Wednesday and happy summer days!
What have you been up to?
Lyle and I travelled to Grasslands National Park in
the south-western corner of Saskatchewan. It's like a different world out there! We've been back for just over a week now, and I'm still reading about the Great Plains, reflecting on our experience, and taking notes on all the plants and creatures we were so privileged to see.
Being away made me realize that I prefer to plan my life well in advance - that's how I was able to get those coveted GNP campground reservations!
I thought it would be nice if I did the same for you, so I opened the fall registrations earlier this summer to give my superstar returning students a bit more time to plan for the fall yoga
classes.
There's no hurry to register - general registration does not open until July 23rd, and early bird prices will be in effect until August
7th.
However, with that being said, spots in in-person classes are limited. Please take advantage of this early bird opportunity to secure your spot. Also, let me know if you aren't planning to attend the fall session, so I know what's available for the waitlisted
people.
Core Restore and Core Fit classes will stay on the same days and times.
The online Pain Care classes are
transitioning to a once-a-week schedule this fall. I've noticed that teaching four nights a week was very draining, especially during the dark winter months. I hope this change helps me find better energy throughout the teaching year. I'm no good as a teacher if I'm exhausted 🙃, and I really must practice what I teach!
