December can be a survival game as we juggle social obligations, seasonal fatigue, and all that shovelling! It is no small wonder that many of us get to the end of the holiday season completely tapped out and feel a massive
letdown as the new year approaches.
Today, we say goodbye to the hectic pace of December. January can feel like a letdown, but it is also a beautiful opportunity to reinvest your time and energy into the most important thing - your one and precious
health.
Here is a short and sweet reminder that the winter yoga session starts next week, on Tuesday. If you’ve already registered for a class, you will receive an email with class details on Sunday. And if yoga has slipped your mind in the pre-Christmas rush,
there are still a few spots available to join in and prioritize movement this year.
Every session is a fresh new start—an invitation to begin again, no matter how long it’s been or how rotten you felt last month (or last week). The heart of the practice is simply returning, over and over, choosing to move, breathe, and showing up for yourself time after time, after time—one small act of self-care at a time.
