Can you believe we're already six weeks in?
It's been wonderful to watch you explore this
fall's practice and get stronger and more confident in your movements each week. So well done! I'm SO grateful to each of you showing up for your practice.
If you've missed a class or two, don't worry — there's still plenty of time to return to your practice. Your mat is
always waiting, and each time you get back to yoga, you pick up exactly where you need to.
Now, some dates to remember:
There is no class on Tuesday, November 11.
Last days for classes are:
Core Fitness - Tuesday, November 25;
Core Restore - Wednesday, November 19;
Pain Care Yoga - Thursday, November 20.
Winter 2026 Yoga Session:
Priority registrations for all currently registered students will start on November 5. General registrations will
open the following week on November 12.
