Hips and Pelvic Floor Rehab is designed for people who feel tired and confused by the never-ending string of appointments and therapists; people who are ready to start making informed decisions, take control of their health situation/problem, and begin moving forward with their health and life.

In this workshop we will answer important questions such as:



Does the way I stand and move contribute to my hip / pelvic pain?

Are my breathing habits at play here?

I’ve had plantar fasciitis for a year and then I developed a pelvic disorder – is there a connection?



During the workshop you will:


Learn how to correct 3 most common postural compensation patterns that lead to pelvic + hip pain.

Understand the connection between lower body imbalances  (feet, ankles, calves, knees, hamstrings, gluts) and hip + pelvic disorders.

Understand how your breathing habits create lower body pain and learn what you can do about that.

Find balance between the front and back of the body, so those steel-cable like hip flexors become the thing of the past.



The outcome:


I don’t promise any miracles, but I’ve seen time and time again (for over 10 years now) how global  - full body – approach makes a difference where everything else fails.

Some of you have asked me about my story, and how did I make it from bed rest to climbing mountains.

Informed decisions and global approach is my answer.

I'm also very stubborn. And apparently don't give up. Ever. But that's the whole other story....
