Welcome to Friday Round-up.
Before we get to all the usual goodness (so excited for new visual sequences!) I just wanted to let you that Satori summer schedule is up and running
on the website.
As usual, summer schedule is
pretty laid back: you can register for just one class or a bunch (with a discount, of course).
There are your usual
Satori classics as well as a couple of intensives - Hips + Pelvic Floor Rehab is a familiar one, and Core Restore will be offered in a condensed, immersion format as well for those of you who have missed them during
winter - spring time.
Just a note: if you are thinking
Core Restore intensive and have some Hip or PF pain - whether it is acute or residual - please consider attending
Hips + PF Rehab first. These two are designed to work
together and feed off each other, and you will benefit so much more from the Core Restore if you have understanding of some of the basic concepts and the reasons behind them.
