Hey


This year just barely started, yet Satori e-blasts already covered a vaaaaast territory: we talked about how we end up with our current postures and habits, how to help our hard working keyboard-chained hands, and what it really takes to build the body of balance. 


And while I can continue to write and share topics that I find interesting and growth encouraging… I'd really love to hear from you - what do YOU find most current? Most interesting? Most supportive? Most encouraging?


Before we dive in, I want to reach out and tell how grateful I am to have you in our Satori community.  I might be the one doing the writing and standing in front of the class, but the REAL power in our community comes from folk like you - people committed to following the path of learning, healing, and personal growth.
