The days are getting longer - we get a little bit more light each day! - and it is time to salute the sun. Here is a Sun Salutation sequence - for those of you thirsty for more
daily movement.
Traditionally, the sun salute series have been practiced at the crack of dawn 108 times.
I'll let that sink for a moment....
I like to ponder on this fact as I am lying in my soft bed
in the morning...
I think aiming for one or two sets - any time of the day - is quite reasonable.
I have included both a mat and also a chair version - no excuses, chair is a movement tool!
