Core Restore Method for Beginners
One of our most popular classes (spring session class is almost
full!) and for a good reason. This class is unique!
What I teach in this class didn't come from your over - the - weekend 20 hour ( as most of them are!) "Teach Core Yoga" type of course!
Let's start with a fact that I've spent over 4 years - twice a week - in physio, gathering intel, learning to feel my body, and most importantly, learning to move differently.
Then add into the mix my natural curiosity: I read. I read. I read.
And then I read some more. I expanded on every single concept that was touched in physio so I can better understand what was happening inside my body, and why this new pattern was better than the previous one.
I spent literally hours
listening to how my body responded to the changes, and spent yet more hours figuring out what exercises and in which order worked best.
It took even longer to process and synthesize all the information I've gathered into an easily - digestible and deliverable form.
I've worked with hundreds of private clients refining these
techniques, and I've seen some amazing outcomes - like clients walking in with back pain, and walking out without. Like students mentioning that just one class and a little bit of home work made an incredible difference.

The Core Restore Method has been delivering so well that I am working on expanding the core restore curriculum to include the advanced class in this session, and adding Core Restore Teacher Training soon.
