2. Arrive on time:
We will start sharp on time; most people find pre-class check in and chat beneficial as well.
Please
plan to arrive at least 15 minutes early to get settled and catch your breath.
3. Be
scent free:
Please refrain from wearing perfumes or scents.
You will be deep breathing in a room with 15 other people - we want to keep the air as clean as it is possible.
4. Stay adequately hydrated:
Please remember to bring your water bottle and refill it during the break.
Staying well hydrated will help you to feel better, move better, stay alert for the duration of the class, and avoid the post-deep-tissue work hangover and headache.
5. Bring pen + paper if you wish to take
notes:
In the past we have found that there's very little time to take notes during the workshop - if we stop and write after every technique we won't be finished any time before Christmas. However, there will be a short bio-brake half way throughout the workshop; please feel free to jot a few things down if you wish.
