Seems that we've encountered a snag in our forward progression - and that snag is shoulder mobility VS rib cage stability.

please review BIRD - DOG workshop instructions here and practice this pose at least a couple of time before our next date on Wednesday, paying particular attention to arm movement while maintaining a stable position of the rib cage.
