So many of you asked me about summer classes ( I know that for many of you a regular weekly class is a big part of your self-care regimen) - so here goes.
I try to make it as easy as it is possible to attend
a class this summer, hence:
No sessions.
No long term commitments.
Bulk class
discounts.
Mix and match options.
You can register for just one class.
You can register for several - and save some $$.
You can mix and match classes to your heart's content ( do a pain care class this week, and ball + yin the other?)
You can just come to SI JOINT - STABILITY AND EASE workshop on a Saturday in August (early bird registration for this one closes on July 25th).
Bonus: register for 4 or more summer classes and get another 10$ off SI JOINT workshop.
