Core Restore, Beginner
RESTORE MOVEMENT INTEGRITY.
This class is a core class like
no other - no planks, no burpies, no throwing up. Instead, we systematically focus on developing body and movement awareness, waking up, and then strengthening muscles that stabilize the torso. Core Restore classes are built for students who wish to better their movement patterning to eliminate compensation patterns, reduce pain and tension, and improve athletic performance {even if you are just a
casual walker, you will FEEL the difference}.

Pain Care Yoga
PAIN EDUCATION meets YOGA! This class is part meditation, part gentle movement, and part magic. It is designed for students who live with chronic pain and major movement limitations as a way to escape pain, calm
the nervous system, and begin exploring the possibility of more movement.

are ready to explore complex full body movements with form, stability and strength in mind.

Corrective Movement
MOVEMENT, DEMYSTIFIED! Living with persistent pain and tension often means fear of movement
and a grand variety of compensation patterns. Here is a movement practice that is safe enough so that you don't hurt for days after, yet challenging enough to keep you moving forward, improving your strength and mobility.

Myofascial Release: Yin + Ball
TRIGGER
POINTS, BEWARE! One of the more challenging Satori classes, YIN + BALL delivers a double whammy - release myofascial adhesions through the ball practice, then lengthen and hydrate the tissues with longer-held yin postures. Perfect for those bound up hips and shoulders!
