1: Core Restore for Beginners
Rebuild your stabilization system from the ground up.
Beginner Core Restore class is a "movement literacy" class that teaches you how to first find, and then use large muscles around the hip girdle and abdomen.
This class is designed especially for you if:
~ have recurrent back and hip pain + tightness that comes and goes without any seeming rhyme or reason;
~ your SI joint is giving you grief;
~ walking for any length of time hurts your hips or back;
~ had one more episode of stubbornly frozen /sore shoulder that just doesn’t get better with massage, physio and other common interventions.

2: Core Restore for Intermediate
Integration begins!
This class is built on the foundation of Core Restore for Beginners, but its focus is upward: we take a look at how finding core stability can unfreeze stubbornly “frozen” shoulders.
This class focuses on helping you find new + sustainable (and pain / tension free!) shoulder movement strategies in which the movement of the arm is supported by the core, spine and pelvis.
Grip strength comes as a bonus...!

3: Core Restore Advanced
Occupy legs and feet. Challenge stability.
Built on Beginner + Intermediate Core Restore foundation, Advanced class challenges stability and movement control from the ground up, literally so.
This class works its way up what many schools of movement consider to be the "core line" of the body - starting from the inner arches of the feet - to achieve movement mastery in complex, full-body movements, including standing yoga postures.
The outcome?
Better balance.
Better stability.
I'd describe it as a feeling of sturdiness - like there are suction cups on the bottoms of the feet.
