As you probably already know, PAIN CARE YOGA is specifically designed for students who live with persistent pain and major movement limitations.
The magic of pain care yoga is that it is precisely aimed at the very root of persistent pain - the nervous system - so pain perception is lowered right from the beginning of the class.

2:30 PM - 3:30 PM | Intro to Core Restore
CORE RESTORE idea is simple: whether optimal health or better performance is the goal, better movement patterning always equals better output and fewer injuries.
The problem is that most of us lack calibration, knowledge, and body awareness to be able to recognize and correct movement errors on our own. That’s where the CORE RESTORE class really shines.

4 PM - 5 PM | Ball + Yin NECK for the Lower Back
Ball + Yin is a targeted recovery tool for bound up hips (and steel cable quads and hip-flexors) of skiers, runners and cyclists, and sticky + tight + congested necks, shoulders and backs of behind the desk folk.
