Stability Workshop is coming up this Saturday, June 1, 4 - 7 PM.
This workshop takes a more detailed look at the intrinsic (within the feet) and extrinsic (from the feet and to the lower leg) muscles of the lower legs, as well as the relationship between feet, ankles, knees and, of course, hips.
We'll take a look at alignment of these structures, and also work our way along the strengthening program - all to help you find better balance and a more reliable structural support from down below.
