Is there anything from the class that you might try at home?
From mindfulness and nervous system - specific tools, to breath and movement, I try to make each class as helpful as I can by including the most effective pain care and movement therapy practices to date.
Still, each individual attending and every situation is different and unique, so creating a class that delivers on pain care promises for every student is a huge challenge, especially when teaching a new or new-to-yoga group.
