You may wish to download ZOOM onto your computer or install ZOOM app onto your phone / ipad before your first class.
2. Safety and security:
Please avoid sharing the class link with anyone.
For our safety, I also activated the "waiting room" feature: when first logging in, you will be automatically placed into a waiting room. I will then manually admit you to our "yoga room."
3. Comfort:
It helps if you turn off distracting electronics, find a space where can lie down comfortably, and have all of the necessary props nearby before the class begins.
Don't fret if you don't have every prop that I've listed - we will work with what we've got. Some folk also like to have a writing pad ready just in case...
Once in class take you time, ask questions, tweak your phone / tablet settings.
In other words, fine - tune your comfort level!
4. Timing:
For now ZOOM limits our class duration - each class will end automatically once the 30 minutes have passed, whether I have finished what I was saying or not.
Here is how we are going to play the time to make the best out of it:
I will be on-line 10 minutes before each class to let you in.
Once you have been admitted to the yoga room, feel free to stretch, warm up or practice breathing. We will go through each one of these pieces together during the first class, so you will know exactly what to do as we go forward.
Class will start at 7 PM sharp.
About 5 minutes before the end of each class I will guide you into Savasana and then tune out. Please feel free to stay in Savasana for as long as you wish.
