If you are familiar with Zoom you already know what to do:)
If not, you will be prompted to install Zoom on your device (phone, tablet or computer) in order to participate in the class. You may wish to start a few minutes early to get yourself logged in and have a look around.
If all fails,
gimme a ring; learning curve might feel steep at first, but we can flatten it by working together (yes, a little April 1st pun for ya!)
I just walked my Momma through the installation process this weekend, and we had a great visit to test out the system (header picture).

Below is some information about your class:
We'll start this new online adventure super duper slow and practice arriving, settling, orienting and working together in this new environment.
The first class will revolve mostly around mindful breathing practices and, if all goes smoothly, some small movements. You can practice along on the mat or the chair if you prefer.
We will start with only 30 minute class; even though we are practising yoga, being on-line and in front of a screen can still be stimulating to the nervous system, both yours and mine. So let's see how we do with 30 minutes before reaching for some loftier goals.
I would also really like to have about 5 minutes at the end to hear your comments: these are totally uncharted waters for me, so your feedback is crucial to improving your experience and my delivery.
