IMPORTANT: in-studio classes have moved online!

Good morning friends!

We are heading into another round of restrictions, and for yours and mine safety all studio classes will continue on-line for the next two weeks.

All classes will stay on their usual day and time.

I thought that continuing with classes was better then interrupting the flow and waiting for the coast to clear.

My hope is that we can go back to in-person classes in December.

I've added another week of in-studio (I hope) classes, so this current session will finish on December 17th.

In the mean time thank Goodness for Zoom and let's keep on moving!

If you aren't familiar with Zoom, you will need a few minutes to download and install it on your device.

It helps to have all the usual class props ready and your mat rolled out wherever you are planning to practice
You can join with or without video. If you are choosing to use the video, experiment with your video set up before hand to make sure your camera is pointed at your mat - so I can see you!
Feel free to invite your spouse and well-behaved kids to join the class :)
You are welcome to join any and all on-line classes: Pain Care Yoga for the Feet - 6 PM on Mondays; Core Restore - 6 PM on Tuesdays; Pain Care Yoga - 6 PM on Wednesdays; Ball & Yin - 6 PM on Thursdays.
