I've been tweaking the yoga offerings to make them more worthwhile.
Here are the new perks:
ON-LINE classes: from now on all classes will be recorded and available for viewing for 48 hours after the class. Class recordings will be e-mailed the morning following the class - unless I figure out a way to send them automatically!
On-line classes will work on a sliding scale registrations from now on. Times are weird and tough, and I wanted to make sure these classes are as accessible as then can be.
IN-STUDIO classes: students registering for live classes will receive a complimentary (FREE!) access to all on-line classes as well as Explain Pain workshop on January 30.
In-studio classes will have a hybrid delivery: we will work predominantly in-studio, but move on-line for the time of heightened restrictions and also when I am travelling (I figured that was a better choice then to interrupt the session right in the middle!) All on-line classes will be recorded as well and available for viewing for 48H after.
