An itty-bitty reminder that today is the last day to save on Winter 2021 yoga session. Sign up before December 10 to guarantee your spot and save!

WINTER 2021 YOGA SESSION

Winter 2021 classes are from January 4th to March 18, 11 weeks.

No class on February 15.

STUDIO (HYBRID) WINTER 2021 YOGA SESSION

I'm keeping my fingers crossed that we are allowed back into the studio in January. At the same, I'm keeping the options open just in case COVID restrictions don't lift - in which case we will just move to an on-line platform.

Studio class registration comes with complimentary access to all on-line classes in the session, as well as Explain Pain - Understanding Flare Ups workshop on January 30th.

All on-line class registration are on the sliding scale registration from now on.

Pay what you can and join us whenever it fits into your schedule.

Class replays are available for 48H after each class.
