And also a little sore - just at the tail end of a post-Xmas flare up...
It is kinda funny and a little bit ironic that I was in the middle of a flare up when I first took Explain Pain course, and here I am again - albeit with a totally different attitude! - as I prepare to teach a class about winning at flare ups. Seems my body is hell- bent on giving me the first-hand experience....
I can't promise you to eliminate flare ups completely; no one can do that.
