Welcome to Spring 2021 Yoga Session.
This session focuses on PRECISION and MOVEMENT ECONOMY.
I'll talk some more about that once we get on going.
In the mean time, here is some logistical information you might find useful.

Tools and props:
A couple of additional prop items for this spring:
A fitness ball (large gym ball) - for all classes.
Usually, unless you are very tall, the 55 cm ball is the best option. A general rule is that when you are sitting on the ball your hips and knees are bent at 90-degree angle.
A foam roller ( make sure it is long and not spiky) - for Tuesday CoRe class.
A hand towel - for Tuesday CoRe class.
It would be awesome if we had all the props gathered by next week.
Also, I found the balls similar to yoga therapy balls at London Drugs the other day - they are in the aisle near the pharmacy - in case you need some.
Recordings:
I have a bit of a dilemma with this one!
Option 1: I can continue sending class recordings the day after the class as I did before - but that means you will receive 4 (four!!!) e-mails a week, and some of them might not be relevant to you. That is a LOT of inbox pollution.
Option 2: I could also send a summary on Friday with all class recordings in one e-mail and make them available for a full week afterwards.
Which one would you rather?
Let me know - I'll pick the option that gets more votes!
I'll keep the familiar schedule (Option 1) for this week...
Here is yesterday's class recording:
This is the archive of all the post class e-mails - just in case you happen to miss or accidentally delete a message.
