This session focus is BREATHING.
We will explore breathing practices for stress management, pain relief, and also breathing strategies for better posture and stability. More on that in class!

Tools and props:
An additional prop item for this spring:
A fitness ball (large gym ball) - for all classes.
Usually, unless you are very tall, the 55 cm ball is the best option. A general rule is that when you are sitting on the ball your hips and knees are bent at 90-degree angle.
It would be awesome if we had all the props gathered by next week.
Also, I found the balls similar to yoga therapy balls at London Drugs the other day - they are in the aisle near the pharmacy - in case you need some.
Recordings:
All recordings will be sent out the day after the class.
