*Five Nectar Bath:
Blend 1 banana with 2 tbsp of milk, 1 tsp of ghee ( clarified butter), 1 tsp of yogurt and 1 tsp of honey. According to Ayurveda these ingredients are " five perfect foods" - they balance the five elements - ether, air, fire, water and earth - in the body. Massage the mixture from head to toe and soak for 10 to 20 minutes in a warm bath to soften, nourish and soothe any type of skin.
