Just a quick reminder: early bird registration for the Classical Hatha Yoga on Mondays at the Northwest Wellness Centre and Therapeutic Yoga on Tuesdays at Satori is coming up on April 24th.

Therapeutic Yoga for Hips and Shoulders 

All classes are currently full. E-mail julia@satoriyoga.ca to schedule your private consultation or add your name to the waiting list for the Level 1 class on Thursday evenings 7:45 - 9:00 PM at the Northwest Wellness Centre. This new class will commence as soon as there are 10 registered students.

Returning students please register on-line, by cash or check.
