It is that time of year again!
The temperature has been steadily rising, the trees are in full bloom and summer vacations are only a few weeks away. So, what about yoga?
As we're wrapping up our spring yoga programs, many of you have asked me about summer classes. To be completely honest with you, by the end of June the last thing I want to hear is the sound of my own voice. That's why I am attending " Seduction of Silence" event in Whistler in the beginning of July - a week - long meditation immersion with 3 days of complete silence.
With that being said, I recognize and appreciate that for many of you the regular yoga practice has become an important part of self - care routine. I am also quite aware how challenging( Yikes!) it could be to fit a regular yoga practice into an already full day. With that thought in mind I've decided to offer a limited number ( I love my summer break!) of private appointments this summer.

Ayurvedic Consultations
Ayurvedic Consultation starts with determining your
individual wellness norm, or your dosha. Ayurvedic framework takes into consideration
all aspects of your life, no matter how insignificant they might seem,
to create a healing program as unique as you are. According to your unique constitution we will
design a personal well-being program consisting of diet, nutrition and a
daily routine to balance your body and mind - a program that fits into
your life! Through your individual stress - reduction plan you will
identify your stressors ( no, not your boss!) and respond to them in a
productive, evolutionary manner.
