Dear ,

Who doesn't like a good foot rub?
Our feet are stuck in the shoes - one of my teachers calls them " leather coffins" - the whole day. Robbed of their natural bouncy movement by this closed confinement, our feet loose their structural vibrancy and balance, and all there's left to do by the end of the day is to soothe and massage the poor things in hopes of alleviating pain. And if you are a runner, add to that dealing with shin splints, plantar fasciitis, knee and hamstring injuries. That's life, you say, there's no other way. Right?

I have a better idea!

Join Dr. Christopher Lyddell and I for a holistic and grounded approach to your feet in the Healthy Feet Clinic.

Gain a clear understanding of your feet's anatomy, as our guest speaker, Dr. Christopher Lyddell, explains it in understandable terms with the help of 3D digital illustrations. See what happens when you walk, and run; when your feet pronate, or supinate; understand the science behind plantar fasciitis and collapsed arches.

Get an insight on the faulty bio-mechanics that are causing sore feet and postural imbalances with self-assessment of your standing and walking gait.

Use our tested and true program of relaxation, stretching and neuromuscular exercise to build more awareness and balance in your standing and walking, while reducing pain and numbness.

Find out how to align your feet with your knees, hips and spine.

Discover simple and effective exercises to get rid of your bunions.
