Dear ,
Who doesn't like a good foot rub?
Our feet are stuck in the shoes - one of my teachers calls them " leather coffins" - the whole day. Robbed of their natural bouncy movement by this closed confinement, our feet loose their structural vibrancy and balance, and all there's left to do by the end of the day is to soothe and massage the poor things in hopes of alleviating pain. And if you are a runner, add to that dealing with shin splints, plantar fasciitis, knee and hamstring injuries. That's life, you say, there's no other way. Right?
I have a better idea!
Join Dr. Christopher Lyddell and I for a holistic and
grounded approach to your feet in the Healthy Feet Clinic.
