Life is busy. Our calendars are bursting with commitments to work, family and friends and our own needs are often left behind.

Where do you fit on your to do list?

What if you learned to care for yourself as effectively as you care for everyone else? What if you treated your body with the same kindness and respect you treat others? What if you nurtured yourself just like you nurture your children?

Pause. Breathe. Reflect.

This year I invite you to honor your personal needs. I ask you to practice kindness and compassion - firstly and most importantly to yourself; and then to every sentient being.
Why to yourself first? Simple: how can you be kind to others if you have never experienced kindness from the inside out? Chances are if you haven't been compassionate to yourself, you don't fully understand what compassion is.

This year at Satori is all about cultivating a relationship with your most authentic self through increased awareness of thoughts, words, feelings and actions. Our winter - spring classes, workshops and courses are designed around " Inner Strength, Radiant Beauty" theme to give you inspiration and a unique skill set to thrive in everything you do.

Join Satori for Therapeutic Yoga class, Introduction to Shadow Work, and, of course, Chant and Meditation. Please bring a healthy snack to share and wear teal to get your name entered in the draw.

Monday, January 9th: Winter Yoga Session starts

Wednesday, January 25th: Learn to Meditate/ Mastering the Art of Stress - Free Living Lesson 1.
