BTW, did you know that imbalance in the sling of
muscles that form your arch will influence the tilt of your pelvis, and therefore the health of your spine? Another fascinating tidbit - the way you distribute the weight over inner / outer edges of your feet will affect stability of your SI joints. Happy exploring!
