Hello inner quest heroes and yoga lovers,

I am busy writing this month's e-newsletter. It was inspired by one of my wellness-coaching clients who said, " I thought making changes was going to be as hard as training for a marathon. Instead, we made some barely noticeable shifts, and yet I feel SO MUCH BETTER." March newsletter is about leaning into thriving the easy way - by taking precisely calculated small steps that net BIG GAINS.

In the mean time I thought I'd drop you a quick note to say that spring yoga registrations are now open.

Yes, I know you are feeling tired and (most likely) crabby - long winters are hard on our bodies and stressful for our minds. But! Movement is a proven rescue remedy for springtime fatigue and muddy state of mind. All you have to do is show up - this spring session is especially designed to gently ease you into movement, so that by the time snow is melted you are feeling strong, flexible, AND ready to play with wild abandon.

Spring session runs from April 7th to June 13th.  All class series are structured to progress from simple concepts and movements to a more complex ones. Here is spring 2014 line up - you can register on-line, and also by cash, check or interac transfer.

Spring session Master Classes -

We get excited about spring. We get out there and do it. And over do it. And then overdo it some more.
Every spring I see a flood of overuse injuries. This year I decided to do something about it - hence the following topics for springtime master classes:

From The Roots Up - Healthy Feet on Sunday, April 27, 3:30 - 5:30 PM

Hips, Core & More on Sunday, May 4, 3:30 - 5:30 PM

You can register on-line, and also by cash, check or interac transfer.

BTW, did you know that imbalance in the sling of muscles that form your arch will influence the tilt of your pelvis, and therefore the health of your spine? Another fascinating tidbit  - the way you distribute the weight over inner / outer edges of your feet will affect stability of your SI joints. Happy exploring!
