Last week I said, “I saved the best for last.” The truth, of course, is slightly more complicated than that.
These last two pieces of the health puzzle are both the beginning and the end – they will define and determine, more than anything else, the progress of your wellness
journey.
Holding them back was a pure strategic decision on my behalf. I felt that throwing these two into the mix could potentially undermine your progress, and overwhelm you to a point of freeze. Instead, I wanted to give you some food for thought, and enough time to digest the information – I hope I have (at least to a degree) accomplished that.
