Welcome to this week's Friday Round-up.
Can you believe May has come and gone already? That was fast!
These last couple of weeks we’ve been working on two things:
Thing #1 – bettering our feet / leg function so that we can get out there and walk / run / hike
the heck out of this summer.

Thing #2 – improving our balance so that we can do all of the above in style, and without falling –

that. No, not hiking isn’t the right answer!
