Two weeks ago I wrote what turned out to be a conversation starter – a blog post entitled
“Super-Charge Your Wellness Routine,” in which I talked about my take on improving one’s health
trajectory.
Well, the questions never stopped coming; and the biggest one of them all was “Julia, but how do I actually do it?”
Of course the teacher in me went straight to it: “I’ll make a worksheet – a check list that you can follow.”
But now, having some time to sit with it and examine my own process, I realize the answer isn’t as simple as checking off boxes (although we’ll definitely get to that as well!). It
also dawned on me that health – or, perhaps, the level of health that I personally desire – requires patience, dedication, commitment, and yes, hard work.
