Welcome to this week's Friday Round-up.
Now that you have some reasons behind my neutral pelvis madness, here are some exercises to challenge your hip mobility. This week in some classes we focused mostly on hip flexion, and in others – on hip extension. Hip flexion and extension (as well as adduction, abduction and rotation) are the foundational pieces for most yoga
postures, as well as “real life” movements.
I am including both concepts here. We will continue to work on these as building blocks of our practice, as well as layer more complex movements over the top.
Just a short ‘n sweet reminder that there are no yoga classes next week as I will be away for
training.
