PAIN CARE YOGA + GUIDED MEDITATION
July 5 - Meditation On
The Breath
Breath.
How simple.
We breathe every second of every day,
usually without paying much attention to the act of breathing.
What would happen if we actually listen to our breath? What would we find out?
Many, if not all beginner PAIN CARE YOGA students discover that pain makes them hold their breath - unconsciously so! That their breath is usually
shallow, and jumbled, and rough - sometimes it seems to hitch all on its own, get stuck in the throat, or dammed in the chest.
They also learn that breath can become their most powerful ally in managing and relieving chronic pain.
How do we do it?
